About Debbie J. Odum

• Worked at Bowie State University and Marriott Waterfront Hotel initially
• Served multiple resident council leadership roles in Annapolis communities
• Contributed to 2010 Census as canvasser
• Administered Annapolis Recreation and Parks Department from 2011-2024
• Retired in April 2024, became Ward 3 Community Liaison
